(…) The cast stand the Theodossiou and Roy, interpreters exceptional for the beauty of vocal timbres and pathos that were able to give their characters. (…) In the excellent cast are also distinguished from other tenor, Pugliese, as Beggi, excellent bassoonist who has dedicated himself to singing only recently revealing remarkable expressive abilities and vocal flexibility. Thomas Hall has made the character of Scarpia in all its lasciviousness in dell’insana growing passion for Tosca, through a cold and rigid interpretation of the character, in contrast to the passion of the protagonists. The orchestra gave the best of themselves thanks to the direction of Pirolli, who managed to create a nice continuity between this production with strong colors and Puccini’s score.
