The friends' encouragement  to enhance the value of the region
and promote culture, music, theatre, emotions, dreams 

All over the world there are hundreds of thousands of small 'Philanthropists', donors or 'friends' that choose to go beyond the 'status' of 'audience' and to experience a more intense and closer relation with the theatre itself supporting its activity with a small annual fee.

One of the most known and well organized examples is that of the Covent Garden in London, which has created an appopriate staff and site in order to follow the joining requests and the offered activities of its numerous 'friends'. An example of collective patronage with simple private citizens lovers of culture who form together a great force, with small and simple private culture lovers that together form a big force. This tradition in Italy is not yet so popular. With the birth of Foundations each theatre company has its founder members, banks and institutions that support its activities, but a closer relation with the society is just beginning.

As it happens all over the world in the main theatres, the Pergolesi Spontini Foundation - on the request of citizens and audience - will also give birth to the Amici della Fondazione Pergolesi Spontini. To be “Friend of the Pergolesi Spontini Foundation” means to have the desire of supporting and promoting the musical and theatrical culture of this region; therefore they form a group of supporters that will be part of the Pergolesi Spontini Foundation thanks to their contributions.
The Friends of the Pergolesi Spontini Foundation will become an integral part of a cultural project that goes from symphonic to light music, from  operatic music to dance passing through drama with his multiple aspects. A passionate and always new project to be shared together with the aim of enhancing and promoting culture, music, theatre, emotions, and dreams. 

KINDS OF CONTRIBUTIONS AND EXPECTED BENEFITS: with a minimum annual contribution of about E 50.00 for private citizens or E 500.00 for companies, each friend of the Pergolesi Spontini Foundation will have: 

·         name's insertion into the official web site of the Foundation;

 ·         name's insertion into the program;

 ·         free mail of the Foundation's program;

 ·         a free copy of the libretto (to be taken before the beginning of the performances);

 ·         preferential tickets’ or season-tickets’ reservation at the opening of the ticket office;

 ·         access to the backstage during the production and preparation of the performances on special request;

·        invitation to the general rehearsals (if open to the public), to press conferences, meetings with the artists, exhibitions, reviews, gala dinners and any event organized by the Foundation;
