The Pergolesi Spontini Foundation in collaboration with "Il Cioccolato di BruCO”",  handicraft  firm ranked among the 10 best Italian chocolate producers, has created the “pergolesi”, three irresistible pralines of pure extra dark  chocolate, obtained from the best cacao from South America, with a note of extra virgin olive oil obtained  squeezing out  the best olives of our hills. In short, the art of chocolate joins the taste of the Mediterranean.
Since October 2009 there are also the “spontini” (finest pralines of pure extra dark chocolate with a hint of  “visciola”- wild cherry) and the" rossini "( finest  pralines of pure extra dark chocolate with a hint of truffle) in honour of the two composers that  with Pergolesi constitute the triad of great musicians from Marche region.
